Returns

How to return (part of) your order:

  1. Indicate on the enclosed packing slip what you are returning and why.

  2. Pack the selected items neatly, including, this can be in the same packaging but is not mandatory.

  3. Take your package to a post office. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

  4. Once we receive your package in good order (according to the conditions), we will process the return within 4 business days. If your return does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept it.

Conditions:

  • Items must be received by us within 30 calendar days after delivery.

  • Items must not show signs of use. Pay attention, for example, to makeup when trying on.
